A five-minute walk away lies the Yare Public House, which has a reasonable menu at reasonable price's You will have passed the fishing warehouse on the way with its large stocks of tackle and baits. The railway station is next to the pub with a good service to Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
Up the hill to the village where there is an up market restaurant small supermarket post office, fish and chips, Chinese take away, two
Hair Dressers and Florist, plus a few other shops.
The chalet is detached with plenty of parking gated for the security of pets. It has a large covered veranda wheelchair ramp and steps down to the garden area the is a slab for your own bar-b-que and picnic bench and chairs patio and lawn

Getting there is particularly easy from the Norwich southern bypass take the A47 direction Yarmouth at the first roundabout take the third exit to Brundall village drive thro the village staying on the main road till you turn right into station road the down the hill straight over the level crossing keeping straight till you arrive at Sunset no.37

Getting to Sunset is particularly
easy. Brundall lies just a mile or so south of the main Norwich
to Gt Yarmouth road (A47).
